How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion directly in the Jurnee app:
- Open the Jurnee app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to My Page.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. Email/password accounts may be asked to enter the account password. Social login accounts may be asked to type the confirmation text.
If you cannot access the app, email us at khyun9685@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Jurnee account and include the subject “Jurnee Account Deletion Request”.
Data Deleted When Your Account Is Deleted
When account deletion is completed, Jurnee permanently deletes or removes access to the following account-related data from our active systems:
- Account profile data: email address, nickname, profile image, authentication provider, password hash, OAuth identifiers, and account settings.
- Travel content: trips, destinations, dates, activities, checklists, budgets, notes, reminders, invitations, and collaboration/member records.
- Uploaded files and images stored for the account, including trip cover images and profile images.
- Device and notification data, including push tokens and notification preferences.
- In-app event logs connected to the account, such as feature usage and AI generation records.
- Email verification and password reset records for the account.
Data That May Be Retained and Retention Periods
Most account data is deleted immediately from active systems after the deletion request is confirmed. Some limited records may be retained only when required for security, legal, accounting, or platform compliance purposes:
- Subscription and purchase records: purchase identifiers, receipt tokens, and billing status may be retained by Google Play, Apple App Store, RevenueCat, or Jurnee for the period required by tax, accounting, refund, fraud-prevention, and platform compliance rules. These records are generally retained for up to 7 years where legally required.
- Server logs, security logs, and crash reports: limited technical logs may be retained for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and service reliability for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required to investigate fraud, abuse, or legal requests.
- Backups: deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before backup rotation removes it. Backups are not used to restore deleted accounts except where legally required.
- Legal or dispute records: if necessary to comply with law, enforce terms, resolve disputes, or respond to lawful requests, relevant records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
What Happens After Deletion
After deletion, you will no longer be able to sign in with that Jurnee account. Deleted trips, activities, notes, images, and other account content cannot be restored. If you later create a new account, it will start as a new account.

Jurnee 계정 삭제는 앱에서 직접 요청할 수 있습니다.
- Jurnee 앱에 로그인합니다.
- 마이페이지로 이동합니다.
- 설정을 엽니다.
- 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.
- 화면에 표시되는 확인 절차를 완료합니다. 이메일 계정은 비밀번호 입력이 필요할 수 있고, 소셜 로그인 계정은 확인 문구 입력이 필요할 수 있습니다.
앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우, 계정 이메일 주소로 khyun9685@gmail.com 에 “Jurnee Account Deletion Request” 제목의 이메일을 보내주세요. 삭제 완료 시 계정 정보, 여행 데이터, 활동·체크리스트·예산·메모, 업로드 이미지, 알림 토큰, 이벤트 로그, 이메일 인증·비밀번호 재설정 기록이 활성 시스템에서 삭제됩니다. 다만 결제·구독 기록은 세무·회계·환불·부정 사용 방지 및 플랫폼 정책 준수를 위해 필요한 기간(일반적으로 최대 7년) 보관될 수 있습니다. 서버 로그와 크래시 리포트는 보안 및 안정성 목적상 최대 12개월, 암호화된 백업 내 데이터는 백업 순환에 따라 최대 30일 보관될 수 있습니다.
