제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 Jurnee(이하 '앱')이 제공하는 여행 계획 관리 서비스의 이용과 관련하여 앱과 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

① "서비스"란 앱이 제공하는 여행 계획 생성, 일정 관리, 체크리스트, 예산 관리 등 여행 관련 기능 전반을 의미합니다. ② "이용자"란 이 약관에 따라 앱이 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다. ③ "콘텐츠"란 이용자가 서비스 이용 시 작성하는 여행 정보, 일정, 메모, 체크리스트 등 모든 데이터를 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

① 이 약관은 앱 내에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. ② 앱은 합리적인 사유가 발생할 경우 관련 법령에 위배되지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 앱 내 공지를 통해 고지합니다.

제4조 (서비스의 제공)

① 앱은 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다. 1. 계정 가입·로그인(이메일·소셜) 2. 여행 계획 생성·관리 및 일정·체크리스트·예산 관리 3. AI 기반 여행 추천, 지도 기반 장소 탐색 4. 사진 업로드 및 공동 편집·초대 5. 알림·리마인더 및 통계 6. 데이터 내보내기 7. 유료 구독(Jurnee+) ② 계정·여행 데이터는 Jurnee 서버에 저장되며, 업로드 이미지는 Cloudflare R2에 저장됩니다. 처리 항목·위탁 처리자는 개인정보처리방침을 참고해주세요.

제5조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)

① 앱은 운영상, 기술상의 필요에 따라 제공하고 있는 서비스를 변경할 수 있습니다. ② 앱은 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 앱의 정책 및 운영의 필요상 수정, 중단할 수 있으며, 이에 대하여 관련 법령에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 이용자에게 별도의 보상을 하지 않습니다.

제6조 (이용자의 의무)

① 이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다. 1. 앱의 기능을 비정상적으로 이용하여 앱의 운영을 방해하는 행위 2. 앱을 역공학, 디컴파일, 디스어셈블하는 행위 3. 기타 관련 법령에 위반되는 행위 ② 이용자는 관련 법령, 이 약관의 규정, 이용안내 등을 준수하여야 합니다.

제7조 (콘텐츠의 관리)

① 이용자가 서비스 내에 작성한 모든 콘텐츠(여행 정보, 일정, 메모, 업로드 이미지 등)의 저작권은 이용자에게 있습니다. ② 앱은 서비스 제공 목적 범위 내에서만 콘텐츠를 저장·처리하며, 광고 활용 등 이용자 동의 없는 상업적 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다. ③ 이용자는 '계정 삭제' 기능을 통해 서버에 저장된 모든 콘텐츠를 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (유료 구독: Jurnee+)

① 앱은 Jurnee+ 유료 구독 상품을 제공하며, 구독 시 AI 여행 생성 횟수 제한 해제 등 추가 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. ② 결제 및 자동 갱신은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 이루어지며, 구독 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전에 자동으로 다음 기간이 갱신됩니다. ③ 이용자는 해당 플랫폼(App Store / Play Store) 계정 설정에서 언제든 구독을 해지할 수 있으며, 현재 구독 기간 종료 시점에 자동 갱신이 중단됩니다. ④ 환불은 Apple / Google의 정책을 따르며, 앱 개발자가 개별적으로 환불을 처리하지 않습니다. ⑤ 구독 가격·조건 변경 시 앱 내 공지 및 플랫폼 정책에 따라 고지합니다.

제9조 (면책사항)

① 앱은 천재지변, 장애, 점검 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. ② 앱은 이용자의 귀책사유(계정 정보 분실, 비밀번호 유출 등)로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. ③ 이용자가 '데이터 내보내기'로 외부로 전달한 데이터의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. ④ AI 추천 및 장소 정보는 참고용이며 정확성·최신성을 보장하지 않습니다.

제10조 (분쟁 해결)

① 앱과 이용자 간 분쟁에 관한 소송은 대한민국 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다. ② 앱과 이용자 간 분쟁에는 대한민국 법을 적용합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Jurnee (hereinafter 'the App') and users regarding the use of the travel planning management service provided by the App.

Article 2 (Definitions)

① "Service" refers to all travel-related features provided by the App, including trip creation, schedule management, checklists, and budget management. ② "User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms. ③ "Content" refers to all data created by users, including trip information, schedules, notes, and checklists.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes)

① These Terms take effect when posted within the App or notified to users by other means. ② The App may modify these Terms within the scope not violating relevant laws when reasonable grounds arise. Modified terms will be announced through in-app notifications.

Article 4 (Service Provision)

① The App provides the following services: 1. Account registration and sign-in (email / social) 2. Trip creation, scheduling, checklists, and budgets 3. AI travel recommendations and map-based place search 4. Image uploads, collaborative editing, and invitations 5. Notifications, reminders, and statistics 6. Data export 7. Paid subscription (Jurnee+) ② Account and travel data are stored on Jurnee's servers; uploaded images are stored on Cloudflare R2. See the Privacy Policy for processors.

Article 5 (Service Changes and Suspension)

① The App may change services as needed for operational or technical purposes. ② The App may modify or suspend some or all free services for operational needs without separate compensation to users unless specifically provided by relevant laws.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

① Users must not: 1. Interfere with the App's operation through abnormal use 2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App 3. Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws ② Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and usage guidelines.

Article 7 (Content Management)

① All content created by users within the Service (trip information, schedules, notes, uploaded images, etc.) is owned by the users. ② The App stores and processes content only to provide the Service and does not use content for advertising or commercial purposes without user consent. ③ Users can permanently delete all server-stored content via 'Delete Account'.

Article 8 (Paid Subscription: Jurnee+)

① The App offers a Jurnee+ paid subscription, which unlocks features such as removing AI trip-generation limits. ② Payment and auto-renewal are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. The subscription renews automatically 24 hours before the current period ends unless canceled. ③ Users may cancel at any time in their App Store / Play Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. ④ Refunds follow Apple / Google policies; the developer does not issue refunds separately. ⑤ Price and term changes will be announced in-app and through platform policies.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

① The App is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters, outages, or maintenance. ② The App is not responsible for damages arising from user negligence (lost credentials, leaked passwords, etc.). ③ Users are responsible for data exported via 'Export Data'. ④ AI recommendations and place information are for reference only; accuracy and freshness are not guaranteed.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

① Disputes between the App and users shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the Republic of Korea. ② Korean law shall apply to disputes between the App and users.
