1. 수집하는 정보

Jurnee는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음 정보를 수집·처리합니다. • 계정 정보: 이메일, 닉네임, 비밀번호(단방향 해시), 프로필 이미지 • 소셜 로그인 식별자(Google / Apple / Kakao) 선택 시 • 여행 데이터: 제목, 목적지, 일정, 활동, 체크리스트, 메모, 예산, 첨부 이미지 • 멤버·초대 정보(공동 편집 시) • 기기 푸시 토큰 및 알림 설정 • 앱 내 이벤트 로그(기능 사용 기록) • 구독 상태 및 결제 식별자 • 이메일 인증·비밀번호 재설정 코드(임시)

2. 정보의 저장 및 보관

계정·여행 데이터는 Jurnee 서버 데이터베이스에 저장되며, 비밀번호는 bcrypt 단방향 해시로만 보관됩니다. 업로드 이미지는 Cloudflare R2 스토리지에 저장됩니다. 기기에는 인증 토큰(SecureStore)과 일부 캐시만 보관되며 앱 삭제 시 기기 로컬 데이터는 제거됩니다.

3. 처리 위탁 및 제3자 처리자

Jurnee는 아래 서비스에 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다. 광고 네트워크에는 정보를 제공하지 않습니다. • Resend (이메일 발송): 이메일 주소, 인증·재설정 코드 • Cloudflare R2 (이미지 스토리지): 업로드된 이미지 • RevenueCat + Apple App Store / Google Play (결제·구독): 구독 식별자, 영수증 토큰 • Google Places API (장소 추천·자동완성): 검색 쿼리, 권한 동의 시 위치 좌표 • OpenAI (AI 여행 계획): 사용자가 입력한 여행 주제·목적지 텍스트 (개인 식별 정보 미포함) • Sentry (크래시 리포팅): 익명 기기 정보, 오류 스택, 내부 사용자 UUID • Expo Push (푸시 알림): 기기 토큰 • Google / Apple / Kakao OAuth (소셜 로그인): 플랫폼 식별자 및 동의 범위 내 프로필

4. 위치 정보

AI 지도 추천·주변 장소 검색 시 위치 권한을 요청합니다. 권한 거부 시에도 서비스 핵심 기능은 계속 이용 가능하며, 기본 지역(예: 서울)을 기준으로 동작합니다. 저장되는 위치 좌표는 사용자가 명시적으로 일정에 추가한 값에 한합니다.

5. 이메일 인증 및 비밀번호 재설정

가입 시 6자리 인증 코드를 이메일로 발송합니다. 비밀번호 재설정 시에도 동일한 방식으로 코드를 발송합니다. 코드는 10분 후 만료되며 5회 이상 오답 시 무효화됩니다.

6. 푸시 알림

여행 리마인더, 활동 알림, 초대 알림을 위해 Expo Push 서비스를 통해 기기 토큰을 보관·발송합니다. 앱 설정에서 알림을 언제든 비활성화할 수 있으며, 로그아웃 시 토큰은 서버에서 제거됩니다.

7. 이벤트 로그 보존 기간

앱 내 이벤트 로그(예: AI 여행 생성 횟수, 기능 사용 기록)는 최대 12개월 동안 보관되며 이후 자동 삭제됩니다. 계정 삭제 시 모든 이벤트 로그가 즉시 제거됩니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

Jurnee는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 사용자의 가입을 허용하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 사용자의 법정대리인이 문의가 있는 경우 아래 연락처로 요청해주세요.

9. 사용자의 권리

사용자는 앱 내 '마이페이지 > 계정 삭제'를 통해 서버에 저장된 모든 데이터(계정, 여행, 업로드 이미지, 이벤트 로그, 구독 정보 등)를 영구 삭제할 수 있습니다. 자세한 삭제 절차와 보관 기간은 계정 삭제 안내 페이지를 확인해주세요: https://legal-site-eight.vercel.app/delete-account 또한 '데이터 내보내기' 기능으로 본인의 여행 데이터를 JSON으로 내려받을 수 있습니다.

10. 국외 이전

일부 위탁 처리자는 해외에 소재합니다. 이전 국가와 처리자는 다음과 같습니다. • Cloudflare R2 (미국, 이미지 저장) • OpenAI (미국, AI 처리) • Sentry (미국, 크래시 리포팅) • Resend (미국, 이메일 발송) • RevenueCat / Apple / Google (미국·아일랜드, 결제 처리) 전송은 TLS로 암호화되며, 각 처리자는 자체 보안 정책을 준수합니다.

11. 개인정보처리방침의 변경

본 방침이 변경될 경우 앱 업데이트를 통해 안내합니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 내 알림 또는 이메일로 고지합니다.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the service, Jurnee collects and processes the following: • Account: email, nickname, password (one-way hash), profile image • Social login identifiers (Google / Apple / Kakao) if selected • Travel data: titles, destinations, schedules, activities, checklists, notes, budgets, attached images • Trip members and invitations (for collaborative editing) • Device push tokens and notification preferences • In-app event logs (feature-usage records) • Subscription status and purchase identifiers • Email verification / password-reset codes (temporary)

2. Storage and Retention

Account and travel data are stored in Jurnee's server database; passwords are stored only as bcrypt one-way hashes. Uploaded images are stored in Cloudflare R2. On the device we keep only an authentication token (SecureStore) and limited cache; deleting the app removes local data.

3. Processors and Third Parties

Jurnee shares data only with the following processors necessary for the service. We do not sell data or use advertising networks. • Resend (email delivery): email address, verification / reset codes • Cloudflare R2 (image storage): uploaded images • RevenueCat + Apple App Store / Google Play (billing): subscription identifiers, receipt tokens • Google Places API (place suggestions / autocomplete): search queries, location coordinates when permitted • OpenAI (AI trip planning): travel-theme and destination text you provide (no PII) • Sentry (crash reporting): anonymous device info, error stacks, internal user UUID • Expo Push (push notifications): device token • Google / Apple / Kakao OAuth (social sign-in): platform identifiers and profile scopes you consent to

4. Location Information

We request location permission for AI map recommendations and nearby-place search. If you decline, core features still work using a default region (e.g., Seoul). Stored coordinates are limited to those you explicitly attach to activities.

5. Email Verification and Password Reset

We email a 6-digit code for account verification and the same mechanism for password reset. Codes expire after 10 minutes and become invalid after 5 incorrect attempts.

6. Push Notifications

For trip reminders, activity alerts, and invitations, Jurnee retains device tokens and sends through Expo Push. You can disable notifications any time in settings; tokens are removed from the server on logout.

7. Event-Log Retention

In-app event logs (e.g., AI-generation counts, feature usage) are retained for up to 12 months and then automatically deleted. All event logs are removed immediately upon account deletion.

8. Children's Privacy

Jurnee does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 and does not permit account creation by users under 14. Guardians with questions may contact us at the email below.

9. Your Rights

You can permanently delete all server-stored data (account, trips, uploaded images, event logs, subscription info) via 'My Page > Delete Account'. 10. International Transfers

Some processors are located outside your country. Transfer destinations and processors include: • Cloudflare R2 (US, image storage) • OpenAI (US, AI processing) • Sentry (US, crash reporting) • Resend (US, email delivery) • RevenueCat / Apple / Google (US & Ireland, payments) Transfers are encrypted via TLS; each processor follows its own security program.

11. Policy Changes

Changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated via app updates. Material changes will be announced through in-app notifications or email.
